 Tara Wilson, aims to provide best practice movement therapy and training.  Optimal movement Kinesiology and Pilates takes into consideration each clients unique and wholistic needs.  When necessary, she will also refer to and communicate with other healthcare practitioners.

About Tara: 

  Tara is passionate about helping people feel and move their best.  She aims to educate, realign, and re-pattern, helping you to move more optimally and functionally, achieve your personal fitness and health goals.  Tara holds a bachelors degree from UBC in Human Kinetics, she is a Certified Exercise Physiologist  (CEP) through the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology (CSEP), a member of the BC Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK), is certified in Pilates Mat (Canadian Pilates Institute), and Pilates Equipment (Reformer 1, 2, and 3, Chair, Tower, Barrels ) through Balanced Body. She is also a certified Fascia Stretch Therapist (FST level 1 – Stretch to Win) and has certifications in Functional Movement Screening (FMS 1 Certification),  Soft Tissue Release and has additional training in pre and postnatal exercise.
