About Tara:

Tara is passionate about helping people feel and move their best.  Tara is a Clinical Exercise Physiologist (CSEP-CEP) and Kinesiologist with specialized training in pre- and postnatal health, Pilates, and manual therapy techniques. She combines science-based exercise programming with mindful movement to help clients restore balance, reduce pain, and move with greater ease and confidence.

Her approach integrates active rehabilitation, Pilates-based movement, and Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST)—a gentle, assisted technique that targets the fascia and joint capsules to improve flexibility, release tension, and enhance overall mobility. FST is especially effective in addressing chronic stiffness, restoring range of motion, and relieving pain.

Tara works with a wide range of clients, including those recovering from injury, living with chronic pain, or managing conditions such as low back pain. She is also passionate about preventative health, helping clients build strength, mobility, and body awareness to reduce the risk of injury and support optimal movement in daily life.

As a mother of two, Tara has a deep understanding of the physical and emotional shifts that come with pregnancy and postpartum. She brings compassion, expertise, and a holistic perspective to her work, believing that movement is one of the most powerful tools for healing, resilience, and lifelong wellbeing. She’s dedicated to helping clients feel more connected to their bodies and confident in how they move—through all stages of life.

“In order to perform at your best, you need to have a well balanced body – including being able to work within your full range of motion and having a strong core.  Whether your goals are focused on longevity, rehabilitation, finding  joy in movement, or to take your skills to the next level, I am committed to helping you achieve those goals!”
